About Liberstad
Liberstad was established in 2017, located in Southern Norway.
"Liberstad is a free society where coercion is absolutely prohibited, meaning that no individual, group of individuals, and no entity including any state, government, organization or group of people in general, under any circumstances whatsoever may exercise or invoke any rights other than common property rights "
Building Liberstad
Given that the majority of individuals in society do not share our principles and do not embrace the concept of human freedom, we are compelled to embark on the journey of creating a new and improved society that champions peace and liberty.
We hold the conviction that political action cannot effectively usher in a free society or bring about enduring, positive change within existing societies. As anarchists, we steadfastly refrain from endorsing any form of political action, as it invariably relies on the state's use of force to enact change.
We hold the firm belief that change should be a result of our own initiative and our willingness to actively engage in the creation of new and enhanced societies, institutions, and systems. This is the core mission that Liberstad is dedicated to accomplishing.
Our primary objective is to establish a new parallel society and economy, operating independently to fulfill all the essential requirements and desires of a fully autonomous city. These critical services and institutions are to be delivered through voluntary trade and cooperation, encompassing both for-profit and non-profit endeavors.

We firmly reject the notion of "we are the government." We have no desire to align ourselves with any organization that is grounded in the use of aggression against our fellow human beings.
